$250 will hold your spot for the month that your estimated due date is and is a non refundable retainer  if you change your mind. If you decide to not call me, you do not get a refund. I also don’t refund for situations outside of my control such as hospital restrictions or precipitous birth. If I don’t make it (and it’s my fault) and my back-up also doesn’t make it we will discuss options from there about a partial refund (this will depend on the situation - on-call time, did I do prenatal meetings etc). Postpartum doula services or massage/bodywork will be offered to make up for it as well. The amount refunded is determined on a case-by-case basis.
