The comfort measures class is designed to give you the knowledge, tools and techniques to help prepare you for what you may encounter during labor. In this class we talk about: positions, massage, hot/cold and breast stimulation. We will use a rebozo, hip squeeze and sacrum push, spinning babies tricks and oils. You will also learn a few dancing moves that help relieve pain during labor!
