The comfort measures class is designed to give you the knowledge, tools and techniques to help prepare you for what you may encounter during labor. In this class we talk about: positions, massage, hot/cold and breast stimulation. We will use a rebozo, hip squeeze and sacrum push, spinning babies tricks and oils. You will also learn a few dancing moves that can help get baby in a better postition and potentially relieve pain during labor!
