Yoga Flow

$10/hr class per person. You can pay when you come to class by cash (please bring exact amount), card, venmo, zelle or check.

This is held at my home dance/yoga studio in my basement. Feel free to park in the church parking lot. Come to the south side of my home and come down the stairs to the room on the right.  

I am a doula and often on-call, so watch for cancellations and please let me know if you plan on coming each week.
