This class is for doulas/ birth workers/ pregnant persons. I am a massage therapist (practicing for 25 years), doula, yoga and belly dance instructor. We will cover lots of information related to pregnancy from lots of different trainings that I have had throughout the years.
What we will cover:
Belly Dancing - movements to help during pregnancy and labor and delivery - we will do some dancing
Silicone cupping - what, when & how to use it - plan to practice this, so wear layers that are easy to take off
Dry body brushing - what, when & how to use them - we will practice this
