Ecstatic Soulful Healing Dance

This class is free style dance where you let your body move and unwind as it needs to let go and heal. It's fun and playful and sometimes intense with deep emotions surfacing that want to leave the body. All ages and genders welcome. There's limited space so please let me know if you plan on coming. $10 for the hour class. You can pay the day of with credit card, venmo, cash (preferably exact amount) or check. This is held at my in-home dance/yoga studio. You can park in church parking lot next to my house and come in the south door to go downstairs to the right. I am a doula and often on-call, so please check the event the day of to confirm it has not been cancelled.
